Who processes the data

Olha Zabolotna, speech therapist (“I”). For any questions about your data, message me in any messenger listed on the site.

What data I receive

• Your name, preferred way of contact and contact details: phone number or messenger username.
• Your country, if you provided it, to take your time zone into account.
• Information about your child that you share in the form or chat: age, how the child talks and understands speech, specialists’ reports, your comment.
• Technical data of the request: the date, the page it was sent from, and ad link tags if you came through one.

I don’t ask for the child’s surname, medical documents or other data that isn’t needed at the first step.

Why

To contact you, answer your questions, arrange an assessment and suggest a plan of sessions. I don’t send newsletters or ads.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by sending the form or a chat message. You can withdraw it at any time by messaging me.

Where data is stored and who has access

Requests come to me in a protected Google spreadsheet and in Telegram. Access is limited to me and the technical specialist who maintains the site. Google (request spreadsheet), Telegram (notifications) and OpenAI (chat assistant replies) are used for this and process the data only for these purposes. I don’t sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Chat assistant

The assistant on the site answers questions automatically using artificial intelligence (OpenAI) and doesn’t make diagnoses. Please don’t write your child’s surname or medical data in the chat. The chat conversation may be stored with your request so that I can see your question.

How long data is kept

While we work together and up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can find out what data I have about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Families in the European Union also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of their country.

Cookies

The site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. So that you can continue the conversation with the assistant, your browser keeps the chat history for up to 30 days. You can delete it with the “Start over” button in the chat or by clearing the site data in your browser.
